This site is managed by the St. Clair County Metropolitan Planning Commission.

The St. Clair County Metropolitan Planning Commission works to make St. Clair County a better place to live, work and play. This mission is accomplished through comprehensive countywide planning programs that establish policies and plans to guide economic, physical, and social development.

The County Board of Commissioners has appointed eleven citizens to serve as the Metropolitan Planning Commission. Members represent various sectors or interests within the County, including local government, education, agriculture, finance, and recreation/tourism. A staff of professional planners and administrative support staff assist the Commission.
