2010 & 2011 SWPPI Progress Reports

The 2010 & 2011 Storm Water Pollution Prevention Initiative (SWPPI) Progress Reports were compiled by the St. Clair County Health Department in cooperation with watershed partners: 4 county agencies, 4 educational institutions, and 10 local municipalities. 

These reports were submitted to the MDEQ on October 27, 2011 to fulfill reporting requirements of the National Pollutant Discharge Eliminiation System (NPDES) Phase II Storm Water Permit. These progress reports provide the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality with an update on water quality initiatives each permittee is required to implement.
