MICHIGAN DEQ ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION EMERGENCY ALERTING SYSTEM HOTLINE n case of an environmental emergency affecting LAND, AIR or WATER, call: 800-292-4706 The PEAS 24-hour hotline should be used to report environmental pollution emergencies such as tanker accidents, pipeline breaks, and releases of reportable quantities of hazardous substances.
